It Pays to Play
Performing well and having fun are important to you when you take to the golf course. So are the smaller gains such as improving your drive or birdying a challenging hole on your favorite course. As many of us know, there’s nothing like seeing your game move forward and reaping benefits from all those hours you’ve devoted to the game.
 At Shop & Putt, we recognize how important it is for women on our team to be rewarded for all their hard work. So we’ve set up a comprehensive compensation package for all our Shop & Putt Consultants. Whatever level you choose to “play”, we’ve built in bonuses and perks as our way of saying, “Job well done”. We feel good about the work you do and we want you to experience personal satisfaction and financial reward for all you do. You deserve it.
Here’s how it works.
Shop & Putt Consultants have three potential streams of income:
- 20% Retail Profit on personal gross sales
- 5% Personal Volume Bonus when you reach $600 in personal gross sales in a month
- 3% Sponsoring Bonus on the personal gross sales of all orders submitted that month by active Shop & Putt consultants you sponsor and on your own personal gross sales in excess of $600
Do the math and you’ll discover that our plan allows you to earn up to 25% on your own personal sales. And when you take your game to the next level and sponsor a team of Shop & Putt Consultants, you can increase your earnings by adding another 3% over-ride.
