In team sports, top athletes who demonstrate qualities of leadership, fair play and good sportsmanship are often elected captain.  At Shop & Putt, we like to reward our best, most dedicated players too. 

When you reach a certain level of sales performance and achieve a certain level of consistency in your performance, you’ll qualify as a Team Leader. That means you’ll earn additional bonuses to the ones you received as a Shop & Putt Consultant.

Become a Team Leader:

To qualify as a Shop & Putt Team Leader, you must:

• Have at least $600 personal volume for the month
  
  
• Have 3 or more active personally sponsored Shop & Putt Consultants
  
  
• Have a team volume of $1800 or more for the month
  
  
• Achieve the first three steps for 2 consecutive months
