Shop & Putt is just that, a team. We are a group of individuals who work together to achieve the common goals of:

• improving access to quality golf products
• providing a forum for enhanced social and business connections among women golfers across the country
• advancing the game of women’s golf
• supporting the spirit of entrepreneurship

Shop & Putt Leadership:

Like any sports team, Shop & Putt is guided by leadership that has top-
notch skills, dedication and expertise. Our president, BJ Zellers, understands the importance of working together and has hand-picked a group of talented individuals who are dedicated to excellence.  

BJ Zellers, President

BJ Zellers brings a high level of professional business and personal sports experience to Shop & Putt. A graduate of The University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, and Temple University, where she earned her Masters’ degree in education with a specialization in sports marketing, BJ Zellers has over twenty years of experience in the consumer products industry.

BJ started out as a marketing intern for the Philadelphia 76ers and then worked as a regional representative for the Ray Cook Golf Company.  From there she went on to nationally known companies such as Kellogg’s, Kraft, Anheuser-Busch, PepsiCo, Edy’s Ice Cream and Utz Quality Foods, Inc. BJ has worked at all levels of sales and management, including sales representative, account manager, business manager, zone manager and sales manager. Her most recent position has been VP of sales, marketing and operations.  Through her experience in these varying capacities, BJ has attained proficiency and expertise in sales, operations, team leadership, marketing and management.  She understands first-hand the value of being rewarded for one’s effort and importance of opportunities that allow for personal challenge and professional growth.

BJ also brings a high level of personal sports experience to Shop & Putt.  She played varsity field hockey and lacrosse at The University of Pennsylvania, where she captained both sports as a senior.  She also received The Julie Staver Award as the top senior woman athlete and was named Ivy League Player of the Year in 1984.  Notably, she was selected to the All American Team for field hockey in 1983 and was inducted into Penn’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2003.

A dedicated athlete and sportswoman, BJ is now an avid golfer who plays over 25 rounds of golf each year and plays to a 14 handicap.   She has been a member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association since 1996 and is the former secretary of the EWGA’s Philadelphia Chapter Board.

BJ Zellers is also a Board Member of the Association of Manufacturers Representatives and The Philadelphia University School of Business.

Stefanie Rosenfeld, Director of Sales

Shop & Putt is fortunate to have Stefanie Rosenfeld on our team as our Director of Sales.  Ms. Rosenfeld has over 15 years of sales and coaching experience.  After graduating from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology she began her career at ADP, Inc. focusing on performance development, coaching and training.  She subsequently took on sales and sales management roles.

After taking several years off to attend to her family Stefanie returned to the workforce in 2005 joining Polestar, LLC as a member of their sales coaching team.  Her ability to easily identify opportunities resulted in increased sales performance and personal satisfaction for her client base. 

In summary Stefanie’s success is attributed to her ability to develop individuals to achieve their personal best.
